WILLIAMS, Florence M. nee Winchell age 92 of East Troy passed away on Saturday September 23, 2006 in Oconomowac, Wi she was born to Henry and Martha(Williams) Winchell on Dec. 27, 1913 in Waukesha Co. She was a graduate of Waukesha high school and graduated from Racine Co. Normal School. She married Lloyd Williams on Dec. 24, 1941 and they lived in Union Grove before they moved to the East Troy. area. she was a school teacher for and a homemaker most of her life. She was a longtime resident of the greater East Troy area. She was an active member of the First Congregational Church of East Troy UCC and her church was very important to her. She was also a member of the East Troy Seniors group. She was known in the neighborhood for her preserves and her deserts. She is survived by her children Roger(Judie)Williams of Salem, WV., Loren(Katherine) Williams of Madison N.J., Timothy(Diane) Williams of Hartland, Wi. And Dr. Tom(Marlys)Williams of Delafield, Wi. 7 grandchildren Lee, Brent, Ted, Ben, Matt, Polly, and Adam, 2 great grandchildren Reed, and Catherine(C.J.) 2 sisters Ester, and Betty 2 brothers Bert(Elaine), and Ken(Audrey). She was preceded in death by her husband, 1 brother Willard and 2 sisters Eva and Janette A funeral Service will be held Tuesday Sept. 26, 2006 at 11:30am with A visitation from 9:30am until the time of service all at Legacy Funeral Services. In Lieu of flowers Memorials to the First Congregational Church Ucc would be greatly appreciated.
