DeLap, Marian Jean nee Hoeft age73 of East Troy died unexpectedly while on a trip to Missouri. She was born to Alfred and Elsie(Bellin) Hoeft On November 17, 1933 in Waukesha, Co. Wi. She graduated from Waukesha high school. She Married Glen A. DeLap on August 4, 1956 at St. Lukes Lutheran Church in Waukesha, Wi. They lived in Delavan until they moved to East Troy where they were long time residents. She retired from Lakeland Hospital where she was A ward clerk. She was a member of the East Troy And Mukwonago seniors citizens groups, a huge Packer Fan and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for 30 plus years. She is survived by Her children Barb K. DeLap, Wendy(Bob) Zimny, And Steve(Barbara) DeLap. Grandchildren Alyssa, Taylor, and Kevin. A sister Ellen(Charles) Johnson. Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and many friends Also survive her. She was preceded in death by Her parents, her husband Glen, and daughter Tracy DeLap. A Visitation will be held Friday May 18, 2007 from 4pm to 6pm with a Funeral service To follow at 6pm all at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church hwy 20 East Troy Wi. Interment Saturday May 19, 2007 10am at East Delavan Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family are greatly appreciated as they will be making donations to more than one organization.
