Kauffung, Dorothy “Dot” Found peace Monday June 16, 2008 at age 80. Dot was born Nov. 1, 1927 in Milwaukee to parents Julius and Gertrude Schwartz (nee Mueller). She attended school in Milwaukee and was married to her late husband Karl for 45yrs. Dorothy has been a resident of Lake Beulah in the same house for 53yrs. She is also a member of St Peter’s Catholic Church. Dorothy may be most known for working as a Nursing Aid for Doctors Baker, Gary Shepherdson and other East Troy Family Doctors Dorothy is survived by her children :Tim (Deb Kness) of Hartland and Karen (Robert) Friemoth of East Troy. Sister Marg Szmania of New Berlin, sisters in law: Mary Ann VanBeck of Door County and Lois Schwartz of Florida. Grand Children: Megan Kauffung, Heather Maglio, Amy Kauffung, Adam (Jenny) Friemoth, Mike (Erin) Friemoth and Peter (Soni) Friemoth. Great Grand Children: Josh, Scott & Karlee Friemoth, and Caleigh Douglas. Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive her. She is preceded in death by her parents& husband Karl Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday June 19, 2008 at 11:30 Am with a visitation from 9:30 until the time of service.
