Duffey, Rosanne age 69 of East Troy passed away at her home on Saturday Jan. 10, 2009. She was born on August 30, 1939 in Fond du Lac, WI to Cyril and Marie(Bennin) Friedel. She graduated from Goodrich High School and was a legal secretary for over 20 years at Friebert, Finerty and St. John Law Firm. She married Paul Duffey in 1961 and they lived in Wauwautosa until they moved to East Troy 10 years ago. She was a member of St Peter's Catholic Church, St Peter's Quilters and Christ Child out of Milwaukee. She was an avid reader, a quilter a gardner, and a good conversationalist. She is survived by her husband Paul, her mother Marie, her children Michael (Orrawan) of Greenville S.C., Margaret "Maggie" (Robert) Blythe of Brookfield, Patrick (Erin) of Coromado, CA , and James (Katherine) of Chamhassen, MN. Grandchildren Monthon of Greenville, SC, Rachel, Erin, Meghan, Joseph, and Thomas of Brookfield, Charles and Keelin of CA , a brother Charles (Kathleen) Friedel of Menomenee Falls, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers James and Joseph Friedel. A funeral service will be held Wednesday Jan. 14th at 5pm with a visitation from 3:30pm until the time of service all at St Peter's Catholic Church. In Lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
