Russell J. Robertson, Jr. , 54, of East Troy passed away peacefully on February 22, 2010 at his home with his daughters and wife by his side, after a two and a half year battle with atypical carcinoid cancer. He was born on January 4, 1956 in Elmhurst, IL and moved to East Troy in December, 1993. He was a Recreation Services Manager at Happy Hollow Program Center. He previously worked in technology sales and enjoyed building relationships with the various people he came in contact with over the years, but his true passion was for the outdoors. From teaching Girl Scouts how to brave a high ropes course, cross-country ski or cook over a campfire to making sure the tent sites and lodges were prepared for their arrival, he loved being involved with camp. He also enjoyed cruising the Caribbean and traveling with his family. Russ will be sincerely missed by his family and all those who have shared memories with him. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Anna; three daughters, Heather, Holly and Caileigh; mother, Dina; and siblings, George and Diane. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell J.
