COVID-19 Policy

To those we serve, Thank you for your trust.


Our Policy Regarding Arrangements and Funeral Services during the COVID-19 Outbreak

Policies are effective immediately and are subject to change without notice to comply with the State of Wisconsin Health Guidelines.


  • We are still available 24 hours a day 7days a week to serve you and your loved ones.
  • We continue to practice safe procedures and handling, to keep you safe as well as the public and our staff.
  • Our license is held under the Department of Safety and Professional Services and we are subject to the statewide mandates.
  • We will do everything in our power to help you during this tough time and assist families with the grieving process, while still following the current bans.
  • Services or private viewings with limitations are still available.
  • We can still make arrangements in person, however if you would feel more comfortable, phone or online options are available.
  • No food is permitted at the funeral home.
  • The Archdiocese has 50 person limit at church.
  • Masks are required at most facilities.


We believe in the healing power of gatherings and funeral services when a loved one dies. We understand that this ban and policies being imposed are for our own safety and that of the public, we empathize with the families that are losing or have to delay such a vital step in the healing process. We sincerely apologize for the situation that we are facing and will do everything we are able to do to help you.
